- Configure using Offline Chat from Emacs: 
- Enable, Disable Offline Chat from Emacs

- Use: Enable offline chat with `(setq khoj-chat-offline t)' during khoj setup
- Benefits: Offline chat models are better for privacy but not great at answering questions
